Commentary, course details, fees, and other materials posted on our sites are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. While we make every effort to ensure course information is accurate, the College reserves the right to amend, cancel, or modify course content, entry requirements, or fees at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity. We will not be liable for any user loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:

Acceptable Use

Viruses and Hacking

You must not misuse our sites by knowingly introducing malicious or technologically harmful material. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Governing Law

These terms of use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim.
