Delivered flexibly through Microsoft Teams, with regular tutor check-ins and structured online learning, the course is ideal for those balancing study alongside work or other commitments.

You will develop expertise in key areas including anatomy and physiology, nutrition, health and safety in the fitness environment, and personal training programme design. In addition, you will gain practical skills to deliver effective one-to-one and small group training sessions, alongside the business, marketing, and planning knowledge needed to build and sustain a successful client base.

By the end of the qualification, you will be fully prepared to step into the fitness industry as a qualified Personal Trainer, ready to inspire and motivate clients to achieve lasting results.

Entry Requirements

This qualification is designed for learners who want to work as a Personal Trainer in the Sport and Active Leisure sector. This qualification is aimed at learners that are not currently in the role who will go on to be employed, or self-employed, as a Personal Trainer.

Learners must have achieved a suitable Level 2 Fitness or Gym Instructing qualification before enrolling onto this qualification.
