Progression Options

On successful completion of the course, you could progress to a Level 3 in Personal Training, Massage Therapy, or alternatively, you may choose an apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements

You need five GCSEs in the 9 to 2 range, including English and maths or an appropriate Level 1 qualification alongside these GCSE grades.

Some experience of gym-based exercises, including free weights, is highly recommended.

The course requires physical exertion and individual participation is essential, therefore a degree of physical fitness is necessary.

There is an element of commuication (discussing, presenting, reading, and writing) involved and learners should have basic skills in communication pitched at Level 2.
